Small Groups

Each week students gather around campus in small groups (8–10 people, on average) to read, investigate, and discuss the Bible at university. These groups also provide a great chance to get to know other students on campus and to pray with others.

Who?

Small Groups are for anybody interested in reading and investigating the Bible. No ‘neccesary background’ is required, nor do you need to be a church-goer. Rest assured, you won’t be forced to read aloud, pray or answer questions if you don’t want to. If you have ever wanted to know what is said in the Bible, and what it means for us today, a Small Group is for you!

Where?

Small Groups meet on the Macquarie campus, often in or around the cafeteria or another central location. No extra travel is necessary!

When?

Christian Union runs many Small Groups throughout the semester, at various times so as to allow everybody interested to be involved. The times change every semester, so be sure to let us know your avaliabilities!
